Blocking Accounts

Using the 'Blocking this user' or 'Closing' disposition will allow clients to specify which entities they would like to block on the corresponding alert or case and the blocked reason for those entities.

To see which workflow button will enable you to block entities,

1. Go to Workflows
2. Go to Dispositions
3. The entities related to 'True Positive' are Closing review - took action.
