At Unit21, we have a new page on your Dashboard you can use to manage tags.
Why did we add this feature?
Tags can be easily created, edited, and deleted directly from your Dashboard.
What does it look like?
You will now find tags under the System > Tags page:
How will this affect you?
Agents can now update (create, edit, delete) tags directly from the System page.
Previous capabilities have not changed:
- Tags can still be added/removed via our APIs.
- Tags can still be added/remove to/from entities, instruments, cases and alerts in their respective detail pages.
