Changed the Alert and Case Status Filters to Multi-Select

What did we release?

Previously, the Alert and Case Status filters provided a single select option with the choices "Open" and "Closed." We've introduced a third option - "In Review" status.

That said, with this release, we've changed the Alert and Case Status filters from single-select to a multi-select option. The multi-select feature allows users to filter alerts and cases based on multiple status' simultaneously.

What is the purpose of this release?

The purpose of this release is to accommodate diverse workflows and evolving business processes.
