What did we release?

This release is a new addition to the Customer Risk Ratings (CRR) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) feature. In this update, we introduced the Default High inputs to ensure high risk activities are put entities into the high risk category. You have the option to set a "Default High" to give a risk score of 100 for any input. This function is useful for managing entities associated with SARs, high-risk alerts and cases, and PEP hits.

The purpose of this release is to ensure that entities associated with high-risk activities are categorized appropriately.
