What did we release?

Previously, users pointed out that the count labels on the "My Cases," "Queued Cases," and "Admin" pages did not properly display a loading state when the values were being refreshed. The counts would change without a reason why, which led to confusion.

With this release, we have implemented UI improvements that now show a distinct loading state for case counts while they are being updated.

What is the purpose of this release?

The purpose of this release is to ensure that users are aware when case counts are in the process of refreshing.
