6. Changing Permissions
Agent and team permissions are highly customizable.
Permissions can be assigned an individual agent, an entire team, and/or to yourself.
It is very important to set the right permissions because each item in the Dashboard requires specific permissions (case, alerts, reports...).
Individual Agent Permissions
- Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
- On the left side navigation, select System:
- Select the agent:
- Head over to the Permissions tab for this agent:
- Select the Edit Permissions button and edit the permissions accordingly:
- Click Save when you are done.
Team Permissions
- Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
- On the left side navigation, select System.
- Head over to the Teams tab:
- Select the team of your choice:
- Select the Permissions tab for that team:
- Click on Edit Permissions and modify permissions accordingly.
- Click Save when you are done.
Your Own Permissions
- Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
- On the upper right side of the window, select your icon. Click Profile:
- Select the Permissions tab:
- Click on Edit Permissions and modify permissions accordingly.
- Click Save when you are done.
