How to add a Team to a Queue
- Head over to Workflows.
- Open the Queues tab.
- Select Alert Queues, Case Queues, or SAR Queues:

- Select + Create a New Queue.
- In the pop-up, select your newly created Team:

If the Queue already exists, simply select Edit Queue from the ... queue menu and follow the same steps:
