How to add a Team to a Queue

  1. Head over to Workflows.
  2. Open the Queues tab.
  3. Select Alert Queues, Case Queues, or SAR Queues:

  1. Select + Create a New Queue.
  2. In the pop-up, select your newly created Team:

If the Queue already exists, simply select Edit Queue from the ... queue menu and follow the same steps:
