Administrators will use the Dashboard to setup their organization.
As an administrator you will be able to create new accounts for agents, create teams, alert queues, workflows and adjust permissions.
You also have typical agent level permissions to create rules, investigate alerts, create cases, and file reports.
Administrators are typically:
- senior officers
- team leads
- compliance leads
- lead agents
- senior agents
Everything in the Dashboard is permission gated.
Each box in the graphic above is permission gated. The administrator has all permissions available by default and can decide, very granularly, what permission each agent gets.
