How to create a Team

Head over to User Management.
Open the Teams tab:

Select the "+Create a new team" button on the upper right hand corner of your page:

This will open a pop-up window where you can name your team, describe it, and add the agents of your choice:

When you are satisfied, click Create Team:

You team is now live in the Dashboard.
