Create Restricted and Classified Queues
A manager setting up a queue within Unit21 will be able to mark a queue as 'Classified' or 'Restricted.'
When a queue is marked Restricted
- Teams who are not associated with the queue will not have access to the articles, e.g. alerts, cases or filings, within the queue
- This includes direction navigation, e.g. putting the URL in the browser
When a queue is marked Classified
- Teams who are not associated with the queue will not be able to see the articles within it exist at all
- This feature is useful for organizations that work in multiple jurisdictions or conduct investigations on high-profile customers or entities.
