How to add / view Action Events in a Case


Action events can be added to cases in the Details tab and can be viewed in the Action Events tab of the alert detail page.

Action events can also be added in a prompt when creating a case manually.

  1. From the case of your choice, make sure you are on the Details tab:
  1. Select action events from the list or enter the unit21_id of the event in the box:
  1. Click Save:
  1. Then you can view these new action events in the Action Events tab:
