How to bulk assign Alerts
- If you have permissions to access the Admin tab of the Alerts page, you can select any alerts in the table.
- A button called Re-assign will appear which you can use to re-assign one or multiple alerts.
- Even though all alerts can be select (hundreds of thousands of alerts), Unit21 imposes a max of 500 alerts in a bulk assignment:
- You can choose which agent to re-assign the 500 alerts to. Click Re-Assign:
- Success.
