How to bulk assign Cases

  1. If you have permissions to access the Admin tab of the Cases page, you can select any cases in the table.

  1. You have the option to select ALL cases as well:

  1. A button called Re-assign will appear which you can use to re-assign one or multiple cases.

  1. Even though all alerts can be select (hundreds of thousands of cases), Unit21 imposes a max of 500 cases in a bulk assignment:

  1. You can choose which agent to re-assign the 500 cases to. Click Re-Assign:
