How to bulk resolve Alerts

Alerts can be resolved in bulk if this is needed. This can only be done by an Administrator (an agent with the appropriate permissions).
- Head over to the Alerts page.
- Go to the Admin tab:

- Select the alerts you want to resolve from the table. It is possible to select the entire table:

- You also have the option to select ALL alerts:

- Click the Resolve button, a prompt will pop-up:

- Select the workflow button you want to apply to all the selected alerts:

BULK ACTIONS HAVE A LIMIT OF 500!
Even though you may have selected thousands of alerts, the bulk actions are limited to 500 alerts. Bulk actions can be repeated as needed.
- Click Submit to apply the workflow in bulk:
