How to change a Reports' Queue

From the My Filings tab

  1. Go to Report Filings > My Filings.

  1. Select the report (you might want to search or use filters).
  2. Click on the report in the table to open up the detail view.

  1. Click on Go to * page.
  2. Click the Change Queue button:

  1. Select the queue from the dropdown.

From the Queued Filings tab

The steps are the same as above.

From the Admin tab

  1. Go to Report Filing > Admin.

  1. Select the report or reports from the table (you might want to search or use filters):

  1. Click Change queue:

  1. Select the queue you want to move the report(s) to from the drop-down:

Changes take effect immediately:

Changing queues removes assignments.

If you change a reports' queue, the agent assigned to the report will be unassigned.
