When adding permissions to a team or an agent, do it from the resource's Settings tab.
Generally, it's preferable to configure a permissions on a team level, but some organizations have good reasons to add permissions on an agent level.
- On the dashboard, go to Settings > Agents.
- Click on the agent, then click the Permissions tab.
- Use the checkboxes to add or remove permissions. Click Save

Now review the Agent's permissions.
