How to configure Agent Permissions
Generally, it's preferable to configure a permissions on a team level, but some organizations have good reasons to add permissions on an agent level.
- To change permissions for a specific agent, head over to User Management:
- Make sure you are on the Agents tab.
- Click on the agent or use the Search to find the agent of your choice.
- Click Edit Permissions:
- Use the checkboxes to add or remove permissions.
MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS YOU WANT TO KEEP STAY SELECT!
Anything unselected will be automatically removed from permissions.
- Click Save:
