AI Agent

The AI Agent is a feature that helps with alert investigations by reviewing alert information, answering questions, and generating a narrative based on its findings.

The AI Agent answers questions based on a fully customizable investigation checklist. Each organization can have their own custom investigation checklists, with different checklists for different queues (e.g. KYC/ KYB vs. Sanctions vs. Fraud).

Running the AI Agent


From an investigation checklist, you can determine which groups you'd like the AI Agent to run on.

Once the investigation checklist is published, any alert queues that the investigation checklist is published on will now have the AI Agent on alerts. The AI Agent can be run manually on each alert by clicking the "Run AI Investigation" button, or it can be run automatically on all alerts in a queue by configuring the queue accordingly.


Reviewing the AI Agent's Findings


The AI Agent's findings can be reviewed and used for individual checklist items, as well as for the alert narrative.


Customizing the AI Agent's Narrative


The AI Agent's narrative can be formatted to fit your company's narrative format by leveraging narrative templates. Once a narrative template has been created and added to the appropriate alert queue, direct the AI Agent to pull alert information such as dollar amounts, names, phone numbers, etc. by using curly brackets, as shown in the below example.

Then, when you click Add to Narrative, the AI Agent will format its findings to fit your narrative template, as shown below.
