Shortcuts Available on the Dashboard:

| CMD + click on an Entity anywhere in the platform (specifically an Alert or Case screen) | CTRL + click on an Entity anywhere in the platform (specifically an Alert or Case screen) | Open that Entity Profile in another tab | Helps investigators not lose their spot on an alert screen |
| CMD + click on an Alert or Case | CTRL + click on an Alert or Case | Will open up a new tab on the browser for that Case/Alert | Can be done in "Alerts page", "Queue page" or "Admin page" |
