How to modify an Alert Queue

- Head over to Workflows.
- Open the Alert Queues tab:
I can't see the Queues tab!
If you cannot see the queues tab, you do not have the necessary permissions.

Here you will see a list of all the alert queues that currently exist.
- Identify the queue you want to modify. On the right hand side, click the ... menu and select Edit Queue. A prompt will appear:

- Make the necessary modifications to the alert queue:

- Click Edit Queue when you are done.

The changes will take effect immediately.

Default Queue
There's only one configurable component of the default queue: the order in which alerts are consumed.
