Narrative Templates

There are often times where an agent needs to insert the same text for each alert that he/she is working on. By using templates, agents can have preset text populated into an alert's narrative field to save time.

By using Narrative Templates, agents can save a lot of time from typing repetitive entries.

Narrative Templates are simply a text form to be filled out by agents when reviewing/investigating an alert.

There is a user interface provided to create and save these Templates so they can be easily added to alerts.

Narrative Templates can appear for alerts in specific queues, automatically.

The "Narrative" tab on an Alert Details page is where a narrative can be added to an alert:
