Recommended P2P Rules

Unit21 recommends creating the following rules:

1. Simple Count

Creates an alert if number of transactions in 1 week is greater than a specified amount.
Window = 2 weeks.

2. Simple Filters

Creates an alert if a transaction type & amount exceeds a certain threshold.

3. Dormant Activity

Creates an alert if a user or institution suddenly revitalizes an account after a long period of dormancy.

4. Structuring

Alert if a pattern of non-consecutive transactions are all fiat dollar values similar to each other.
Window = 2 weeks.

5. Transaction Statistics A

Creates an alert if a certain number of transactions that lie within a range that's close to regulation thresholds.
Window = 2 weeks.
