Set 'In Review' Status
Currently, an article can have one of two possible statuses: 'Open' or 'Closed.' With QC, articles, which are alerts, cases or filings, can also have a third status called 'In Review.'
To have this third status, you can setup workflow buttons to have 'In Review.'
When an article is set to In Review
- The assignee remains on that article and it cannot be changed - regardless of whether or not they have access to the new queue.
- If the new queue is restricted, they will not be able to access the article despite being the assignee
