Teams

Teams are groups of agents in the Unit21 Dashboard.

If you have administrative privileges you can create, edit and delete teams.

Teams are the gateway to proper alert and case triage:

• Teams can have specific permissions
• Teams can be assigned to specific alert queues

As such, an alert can be investigated by a specific team. An alert can be turned into a case if a team has the right privileges and so on.
