Watchers

The Watchers feature allows QC Analysts to follow along with the progress of the case and have their name associated with the case in addition to the assignee.

• The original assignee does not need to be removed from the case
• The QC Analysts can easily track the articles they are working on
• This feature enables the real time line-of-sight, performance management and planning according to historical velocity.
