6. Changing Permissions

Agent and team permissions are highly customizable.

Permissions can be assigned an individual agent, an entire team, and/or to yourself.

It is very important to set the right permissions because each item in the Dashboard requires specific permissions (case, alerts, reports...).

Individual Agent Permissions


  1. Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
  2. On the left side navigation, select System:

  1. Select the agent:

  1. Head over to the Permissions tab for this agent:

  1. Select the Edit Permissions button and edit the permissions accordingly:

  1. Click Save when you are done.

Team Permissions


  1. Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
  2. On the left side navigation, select System.
  3. Head over to the Teams tab:

  1. Select the team of your choice:

  1. Select the Permissions tab for that team:

  1. Click on Edit Permissions and modify permissions accordingly.

Your Own Permissions


  1. Log into your Dashboard under a user with administrator privileges.
  2. On the upper right side of the window, select your icon. Click Profile:

  1. Select the Permissions tab:

  1. Click on Edit Permissions and modify permissions accordingly.
