Bulk Case Assignment

How to bulk assign cases

  1. From the Dashboard, go to System > Assignments.
  2. Make sure the Case tab is selected.
  3. Use the filter to narrow down the Cases you want to re-assign to a new agent.
  4. Select the cases in the table:

  1. Choose the agent from Select agent to reassign alerts to:
53445344
  1. Click Reassign:
