- If you have permissions to access the Admin tab of the Cases page, you can select any cases in the table.
- You have the option to select ALL cases as well:
- A button called Re-assign will appear which you can use to re-assign one or multiple cases.
- Even though all alerts can be select (hundreds of thousands of cases), Unit21 imposes a max of 500 cases in a bulk assignment:
- You can choose which agent to re-assign the 500 cases to. Click Re-Assign:
