How to bulk resolve Cases

Cases can be resolved in bulk if this is needed. This can only be done by an Administrator (an agent with the appropriate permissions).

  1. Head over to the Cases page.
  2. Go to the Admin tab:

  1. Select the cases you want to resolve from the table. It is possible to select the entire table:

  1. You have the option to select ALL alerts:

  1. Click the Resolve button, a prompt will pop-up:

  1. Select the workflow button you want to apply to all the selected cases:

BULK ACTIONS HAVE A LIMIT OF 500!

Even though you may have selected thousands of cases, the bulk actions are limited to 500 cases. Bulk actions can be repeated as needed.

  1. Click Submit to apply the workflow in bulk:
