Collapsing Narrative Edits in Audit Trail

Narrative edits autosave and an audit was created every single time. The normal flow of typing, stopping, looking at details, typing again created many 'duplicate' entries the audit trail. These are now collapsed into one audit trail entry.
As an example, the last four audit trail entries are now combined into one with this update.
